The Moosaroo Cup
A Celebration of Creativity, Community, and Competitive Spirit
The Moosaroo Cup is a unique and prestigious event that brings together scale modeling enthusiasts and podcasts from around the globe. Organi
zed by IPMS Hamilton and sponsored by a leading scale modeling manufacturer each year, this group build culminates at HeritageCon, showcasing incredible craftsmanship and creativity.
What is the Moosaroo Cup?
The Moosaroo Cup is a friendly yet competitive group build featuring participants from some of the most popular scale modeling podcasts. Each podcast selects one representative to build a specific model kit provided by the year’s sponsor.
- Judging: The IPMS Hamilton directive evaluates the models based on creativity, skill, and adherence to the theme.
-
Showcase: Final entries are unveiled at HeritageCon in Canada.
-
Follow the Progress: Track the participants’ progress on Facebook or through the participating podcasts.
Scale Modeling Podcasts Participating
These podcasts not only compete but also contribute valuable insights and content to the global modeling community.
Can I Compete in the Moosaroo Cup?
Unfortunately, the Moosaroo Cup does not have an open category for individual modelers. The event is exclusive to representatives of scale modeling podcasts, recognizing their dedication to producing exceptional content for the community.
To join the fun, consider supporting your favorite podcasts, or better yet, contribute by creating meaningful content for the modeling world. The effort required to produce engaging and informative podcasts makes the Moosaroo Cup a well-deserved reward for these creators.
