One of the highlights of our meeting was the outstanding presentation by Ricardo Salamé, where he took us on an insightful journey into the art of weathering. Ricardo's expertise and knowledge in this field, particularly with AMMO by Mig products, were truly exceptional. His demonstration of weathering techniques, from subtle panel line shading to intricate rust effects, left us all inspired and eager to try these methods on our own projects. Record Turnout and Membership Milestone:
We were thrilled to have 50 attendees at our meeting, demonstrating the strong and growing interest in our club's activities. It's heartening to see so many fellow enthusiasts come together to share their love for scale modeling. Additionally, I am delighted to announce that our club has reached a new milestone with a membership of 90 paid members. This reflects the sense of community and support that IPMS Hamilton provides to modelers of all levels.
Show and Tell:
As always, our members brought an impressive array of models for the show and tell portion of the meeting. It was a joy to see the diverse range of projects, from aircraft and armor to figures and dioramas. The craftsmanship and dedication displayed by our members are truly commendable.
